TRAUMA-INFORMED SEXUAL HEALING FACILITATOR TRAINING
Our Trauma-Informed Intimacy Healing Facilitator Training is a transformative program designed to empower facilitators with the expertise, sensitivity, and practical tools needed to support individuals on their intimate healing journeys.
This training goes beyond professional development—it cultivates a profound understanding of intimacy as a multidimensional experience, encompassing physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and sexual levels. Participants will learn to navigate these layers with care and integrity, fostering deep connections and promoting holistic healing.
It is especially valuable for therapists, bodyworkers, psychotherapists, coaches, guides, and anyone working with intimacy in their professional roles.
Spanning seven modules, each five days long, the program offers a comprehensive exploration of trauma-informed care and intimate healing practices.
Core principles such as safety, non-sexual touch, and respect for boundaries form the foundation of the training. Participants will also gain insight into creating a coherent and supportive healing space by harmonizing the energies and intentions of all involved. This alignment fosters unity, enhances the healing process, and supports a deep sense of trust and connection.
KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Setting Clear Intentions: Understanding the importance of clear, shared intentions for each session. Participants will practice setting intentions that promote healing, safety, and respect.
- Energy Awareness and Management: Techniques to become aware of and manage the energy in the room. This includes grounding exercises, energy clearing practices, and ways to maintain a high vibrational state.
- Coherent Group Dynamics: Facilitating exercises that promote group coherence, such as synchronized breathing, collective chanting, or group meditations.
- Creating a Sacred Space: Steps to physically and energetically prepare a space for healing. This includes using elements like lighting, sound, and natural objects to create a nurturing environment.

TRAINING MODULES
Module 1: Trauma Healing Principles
In this foundational module, participants will learn about the core principles of trauma healing, with a focus on understanding the physiological and psychological impacts of sexual trauma. Key topics include:
- Reframing and Transforming Experiences: Participants will explore techniques for reframing and transforming current or past negative experiences, leading to a greater sense of self, confidence, resilience, and hope.
- Reducing Discomfort and Stress: Strategies to reduce discomfort, strain, and stress while developing a heightened ability to witness and be conscious.
- Grounding and Self-Regulation: Techniques for grounding and self-regulation that help build trust and safety with clients.
- Building Trust and Establishing Boundaries: Supporting clients in establishing and re-establishing healthy boundaries.
Outcome: Participants will gain a deeper understanding of themselves, moving from a mindset of "I must" or "I cannot" to one of "I can." Additionally, they will develop the ability to orient themselves to where the client is at in their healing journey, which enables them to guide the client towards greater health, self-regulation, and resilience.
Module 2: Somatic Tantric Breathing
Somatic Breath Therapy is a core component of this module, utilizing the body's respiratory system to release stored trauma and enhance emotional well-being. Key areas of focus include:
- Trusting the Body-Mind Connection: Participants will learn to trust the intelligence of their own body-mind by breathing fully yet connected with the body, focusing on challenging areas.
- Breathing Techniques: Various tantric breathing techniques will be explored, along with guided exercises for trauma release.
- Inner Dynamics and Relationships: Understanding that as we have a relationship between polarities inside, so do our relationships outside. By recognizing (not harmonizing) inner dynamics, a flow and conversation can start that will eventually balance and harmonize these inner dynamics.
- Integrating Breathing into Healing Sessions: Practical methods for incorporating somatic breathing into healing sessions.
Outcome: Participants will develop a deepened connection with their breath and its power to facilitate healing, as well as a greater understanding of their internal dynamics and how these influence external relationships.
Module 3: Inner Man/Inner Woman
This module delves into the dynamics of inner male and inner female archetypes, providing insights into how these energies can be balanced for healing. Key areas of focus include:
- Exploring Inner Polarities: Participants will explore their inner polarities and how these energies influence their external relationships.
- Recognizing Inner Dynamics: Through meditation and practical exercises, participants will learn to identify their inner parts and create a conversation between them.
- Identifying Dominant Energies: Discovering which inner parts are dominant or submissive and understanding the implications for daily life.
Outcome: Participants will improve their relationships both internally and externally through a deeper understanding of their inner dynamics. They will also develop the ability to guide clients in exploring and harmonizing their inner polarities, enabling clients to achieve greater balance and emotional well-being in their lives.
Module 4: Exploring Senses as Doors to Perception
This module emphasizes embodiment as a conscious perception of the body's state, achieved through the coherence and fluidity of sensations. Participants will explore how the senses can serve as doors to inner perception, which is fundamental for deeper embodiment. This understanding is essential for expressing authentic capacities while respecting personal and relational limits.
Key areas of focus include:
- Sensory Awareness: Techniques for becoming more aware of the senses and how they connect us to our inner world.
- Embodiment Practices: Exercises that enhance the ability to perceive the body’s state and its signals.
- Exploring Sensory Pathways: Understanding how each sense can be a gateway to greater self-awareness and emotional processing.
Outcome: Participants will deepen their embodiment by exploring their senses as gateways to inner perception, leading to a richer, more connected experience of themselves. This heightened awareness and personal experience will empower them to support clients more effectively, guiding them to connect with their own embodied sensations and fostering greater authenticity in their relationships.
Module 5: Exploring Intimacy and Communication
Intimacy lies at the heart of human connection, encompassing physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and sexual dimensions. This module offers participants a profound exploration of intimacy and equips them with tools to navigate and enhance these connections in a trauma-informed way.

The flow of energy is guaranteed when there is clarity, and vagueness is eliminated.
Outcome: Participants will develop a nuanced understanding of intimacy across its various dimensions and master tools for facilitating meaningful and safe connections. They will leave equipped with maps and techniques to help others navigate and integrate intimate experiences, enhancing their ability to support healing and transformation.
Module 6: Sacred Touch for Healing
This module emphasizes the healing power of sacred, non-sexual touch. Participants will learn about:Účastníci se naučí:
- Principles of Sacred Touch: Understanding the principles behind sacred touch and its potential for healing.
- Tuning into the Body: Techniques for tuning into the body and being present with the client, allowing for co-regulation and trauma exploration.
- Embodiment Techniques: Working with bodily sensations, impulses, and affections to enhance healing.
- Resonating with the Client: Through present, loving touch and tuning into how much is needed, the therapist can co-regulate with the client by evoking innate body intelligence. The knowledge and experiences acquired before in this training enable better tuning and awareness of trauma held in the body.
- Capacity Building: Working with the body’s capacity to adapt to life on earth through touch, movement, and the force of gravity, the therapist tunes their instrument (the body) to resonate with the client, fostering a sense of security essential for exploring emotional states related to trauma.
Outcome: Participants will learn to use their bodies as instruments of healing, resonating with clients to create a sense of security and support.
Module 7: Theory of Conscious Lovemaking Retreat & Integration

- Slow and Intentional Practices: Learning to use slowness and titration (small doses) to enhance presence and awareness in intimate moments.
- Healing Through Connection: Techniques for reconnecting with one’s original masculine or feminine energy and using this awareness to transform sexual experiences.
- Addressing Relationship Dissatisfaction: Exploring why dissatisfaction begins to appear in many relationships due to unfulfilled, unsatisfied sexuality, which often causes tension and negativity between partners.
- Transforming Destructiveness: If we can get rid of our old ideas and dogmas about how sexuality should be experienced, we open up a new space where energy will naturally flow. The clarity that arises from conscious exploration of sexuality transforms destructiveness into healing.
Outcome: Participants will be able to guide clients in exploring sexuality as a healing practice, fostering deeper connections and satisfaction in relationships.
Integration and Conclusion
In the final stages of the training, all learned principles and techniques will be reviewed and integrated. Participants will prepare to support clients in their ongoing healing journey with a focus on fostering presence, love, respect, and patience.
Join us on this transformative journey to become a trauma-informed sexual healing facilitator, where you'll not only gain knowledge but also cultivate deep compassion and attunement to the needs of those you serve.
